  1. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, The Feedback only accepts local orders for now, and we apologise to all our international customers. Please be patient with us while we explore more convenient delivery options for you.


  1. What delivery methods do you use within Singapore?
Currently, we provide 3 different delivery methods within Singapore.
Self-Collection @ Serangoon MRT Station/Bras Basah MRT Station
This delivery method is FREE! Upon confirmation of your order, our staff will contact you to arrange for a suitable time for collection at Serangoon/Bras Basah MRT Station.
This method will take 1-3 working days to reach you. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been processed with the carrier. If you are unable to receive the delivery, the carrier will drop delivery slip at your door or in your mail box. You will then contact the given number to request for a re-delivery, or collect your product at the branch reflected on the slip. This delivery method is chargeable at S$4.70.
Doorstep Delivery (By our staff)
This method will take 1-2 working days to reach you. Upon confirmation of your order, our staff will contact you to confirm the delivery address and timing. If you are unable to receive the delivery, please inform us at least 2 hours before the delivery. If not done so, an additional late/no-show fee of $5 will be chargeable. This delivery method is chargeable at S$20



  1. I made a mistake and I do not want this product anymore. May I make a refund?
We regret to inform you that The Feedback will not entertain any requests for a refund. All goods sold are non-refundable.
Tip: Proper research on the product you intend to purchase will be wise!



  1. My item is defective. I wish to make an exchange. Is that possible?

Yes! The Feedback will facilitate the exchange process for you seven 7 days from the date of your purchase if you are eligible (see FAQ #5). Anything after these 7 days, you will have to approach the manufacturer of your product!


  1. How do I check if I am eligible for exchanges?

You must have the answer “Yes” to the following questions:

- Is the defect a manufacturing fault?

- Has it been 7 days or less since your purchase?

- Please note that some products have fewer than a 7-day warranty. Is your product still under warranty?
